EXHIBITION BELTUNA ACCORDIONS
Inside the area an exhibition space has been constructed which is dedicated to the accordion and the history of Beltuna; many beautiful examples of Castelfidardo creativity will be displayed accompanied by video projections. There will also be tastings of local wine and typical Marche produce.

CONSULTATIONS AND SPECIALIST MEDICAL ADVICE
A specially prepared area where competitors and artists can go for consultations and specialist medical advice.
These services will be offered free of charge by Prof. Joram Kufert – head of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation of the Center for Physical Physiotherapy and Body Rehabilitation in Pisa – and his staff with the aim of alleviating aches and pains suffered by accordion players and thus enabling them to perform better. The clinic of Prof. Kufert has specialized in the treatment of problems relating to musicians for 25 years which include for example: big and small tendon inflammations, arthritis of the big and small articulations like hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, upper and lower back pain, knee degeneration and limitation of movments.
Prof. Kufert’s treatment focuses simultaneously on each of the body’s vital systems: skeleton, muscles, joints, the circulatory system, the respiratory system, the lymphatic system and the nervous system. The treatment contends to enhance the totality of functions through stimulation of the immune system, boosting the body’s own natural healing capability and restoring vital functions lost over the years due to illness, injury, etc.
The treatment is based on physical rehabilitation – with no use of medication or invasive intervention – and focuses on strengthening the soft tissues.
Prof. Joram Kufert and his team will be available all week of the Festival and will provide an emergency phone number that artists can use during their stay in Castelfidardo in the case that urgent treatment is required.
